Weekly, face-to-face sessions are recommended, however I also offer online and telephone counselling.

I work from The Counselling Pod at Far Peak, near Northleach: a cosy, confidential and quiet space in the North Cotswolds countryside.

There is parking, toilet facilities and a café on site
